It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted out of fitness, then even longer to figure out how to achieve it. My goal here is to guide you through your obstacles and help build productive habits no matter what your goals, constraints and schedules look like.

About me
My name is Juan, I am a father of two, husband of one and I have a passion for fitness.
My fitness journey began after high school. I was given an honor which was rewarded with a year long membership to my local YMCA. I mainly used the membership for basketball until I stumbled my way into the weight room. Slowly I found myself arriving to the gym earlier to get 3-4 quick sets in before my basketball sessions – which eventually led to planned training sessions.
Then I let life get in the way and stopped exercising… for over 6 years.
The birth of our second daughter lit a fire under me. I knew I was unhappy with the way I looked, the way I felt. I wanted to be a proper example to my kids. So here I am, back on my fitness journey, and ready to help you on yours.
