Our first step will be to get to know each other; get a sense of your fitness background, goals, lifestyle. Also to get an idea of how you envision your fitness journey.
Step 2
Planning
After our initial meeting, I will make a plan and send you a google sheets document for both of us to keep track of your progress.
Step 3
Go time
The next step is to put in the work! Whether its in person, or just weekly check-ins I will be there to support you throughout your entire journey.
